Kraynak’s, a Christmas Holiday Store in Hermitage Since 1963
When we think of Christmastime in the Valley, one of the traditions is a store located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, that during the Christmas holiday season is one of the best Christmas lanes in the Valley that is also the home to the Easter Bunny Lane around Easter time.
It is also known as The Store for All Seasons since it first opened its doors more than 60 years ago at East State Street in Hermitage, and it has attracted close to five generations of families since.
For more than 60 years, it’s been a staple of the Shenango Valley. I’m talking about a store called Kraynak’s.

Shawn and I were on the radio. He asked me to be his girlfriend. I told Shawn yes. He’s so very nice. He and I call on the phone so he gave me his cell phone number. He and I went outside in front of Phelps on the bench and he and I went to Avalon Pizza. I sent a picture of my new boyfriend to my sister-in-law and I sent a picture of my new boyfriend to my stepmom. So that’s how me and Shawn met at Purple Cat.
